ON THE MAT YOGA: This is a Yin based yoga. Poses are held longer to reach deeper connective    

                                 tissue. No flow. There is some relaxation but this is not a restorative class. Use

                                 of props is encouraged.

HOT & UNBOTHERED YOGA:  Always fun. Always flowing. Sync breath with movement to grow strength,

                                               balance, and endurance. Accessible to all levels, this class provides

                                               as much challenge as your body needs along with that delicious

                                               "yoga glow" at the end.

LOW & SLOW YOGA: We slow it down for this class, really focusing on breath work and awareness. The 

                                pace allows students to savor poses, flowing gently and gracefully from one to the

                                next. A great place to begin!

PUMP IT UP:  Beginner friendly group fitness class that targets cardiovascular fitness and muscle

                      strength endurance. This circuit-style class consists of a series of exercise stations     

                      with minimal rest time in-between each station.

HIP HOP HIIT:   Beginner friendly group fitness class that targets total body fitness. The high

                           intensity workouts are paired with popular hip hop music that'll get your heart rate

                           up and increase your blood flow.
